Reagent reservoirs, HDPE Reagent bottles, plate sealing materials and more will be on show at Lab Innovations 2019

 In Trade Event

Irish Life Sciences are pleased to be attending Lab Innovations for the first time at the NEC, Birmingham in October 2019.

We will be showcasing our range of Storage/Collection plates along with Reagent reservoirs, HDPE Reagent bottles, plate sealing materials and the Agilent range of filtration and associated plates.

Two of the most widely used storage plate formats are the 2.0mL square well with a ‘V’ bottom for maximum liquid extraction and the 1.0mL round well plate with ‘U’ bottom for improved mixing. Both of these plates are moulded in a medical grade polymer to produce a higher purity storage or collection plate, providing the right environment for researcher’s valuable samples.

The complete range of plates will be on display at the exhibition, ranging from 0.36mL to 10mL in 24 well format. Our high throughput 384 well plate will also be available.

To complement our storage plates, we have a range of reagent reservoirs, in open and partitioned format and also reagent bottles in clear and brown HDPE. Bottle volumes range from 8mL through to 1.0 litre.

Our sealing materials at the show will include chemically resistant Silicone Cap Mats, Heat seals, Adhesive seals and a product we are particularly pleased with, the pierceable clear films with self-sealing properties to prevent evaporation.

In addition to our own range of products we are very proud to be an Agilent Distributor, providing us with an excellent range of plates including Filtration plates with a broad range of media spanning a pore size from 0.2mm to 25mm

If your research requires a bespoke assay plate or collection plate, we would be happy to advise you on its development as either a new mould tool or where appropriate, insert components to work with our own range of mould tools. Our highly experienced technical team are familiar with most polymers including Polypropylene, Polystyrene, COP and conductive materials. High volume is not required, we are happy to work with customers as they build their application. Our medical device certified cleanrooms house the latest moulding and assembly equipment with the best in automation to ensure our products are DNase/RNase free and competitive.
